What you'll learn

- Techniques to maintain dominant positions like mount, side control, and back control without relying on Gi grips.
- Escapes and reversals to recover guard or stand up safely.
SUBMISSIONS
- Chokes and joint locks that work without fabric grips — such as rear-naked chokes, guillotines, arm triangles, kimuras, and leg locks.
- How to set up submissions through movement, transitions, and pressure rather than sleeve or collar control.
TAKEDOWNS & WRESTLING INTEGRATION
- Learn to take the fight to the ground safely and effectively.
- Develop wrestling-style entries, balance, and defense to improve your overall grappling base.
