Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in High Wycombe
Develop strong fundamentals, grips, and technique through traditional Gi training. Ideal for beginners and experienced practitioners looking to sharpen their skills.
What Is Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?
Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling martial art practiced in the traditional Gi (kimono), which allows for grips, control, and a wider range of technical submissions. Practitioners use the jacket, pants, and belt to apply sweeps, chokes, and joint locks, developing strong fundamentals, precision, and leverage. Training in the Gi builds a deep understanding of technique that translates to both self-defense and No-Gi grappling.
